When there is break in talking on the phone there is not a lot of noise, but I heard what sounded like moaning from her, among other"sex noises"I was confused at first but also worried. We were not having phone sex of any sort, nor was I saying anything that turned her on I don't think, but... I know the kinds of noises she makes. She explained it away with things like back problems and trouble breathing but it didn't sound right... I was for the most part certain that she was just home with her mom, brother, and stepfather. I heard them in the background before she started acting funny. I hate to even come on a site like this and ask for advice but I don't know what was going on. There is just some little voice in the back of my head that wont shut the$@*% up right now. I am gonna be up all night because of this and fairly certain this wont be seen for a while...But can anyone just interpret this situation and maybe put me at ease.

Tell me, are you always so suspicious ?.... Then, it must be difficult to live with you.
First, use your rational thinking : would she engage in sex just under the nose of all her gathered family ? And why would she carry on a conversation with you while she is having sex with another guy ?- she could simply not answer her phone, or turn it off.
Second, and most important : why do you doubt her if she says she is moaning because of back pain ? Do you know her for a liar, have you caught her bullshitting you before ? No ?
Then, when she says she moans because of back pain, you have to assume she is telling you the truth.
If you have to doubt betrayal anytime she pants or sneezes etc, - then you should not even be with her to begin with.
