A male age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I can't really feel a difference when i am engaged in a conversation with a girl at work and the one i am dating outside. I turn mellow sometimes in work with them for this reason. Some girls at work find me quite friendly and try to have a go after me. It was all fine till now, but now i am to get engaged and don't want any complications whatsoever that may affect my private life. Any advice?

eddie agony auntYou should continue to be a friendly guy and stay within the boundaries of a respect for your girlfriend. Do you really think that the world stops revolving when you get engaged. Life goes on and people will come and go into your daily life. I don't quite understand the question. Perhaps if this is a problem or concern for you engagement isn't a realistic thing for you at this time. If it was, you wouldn't care about what the girls at work want.
