Don't keep in contact with this guy AT ALL! He lied and put his own ego and self centred personailty before your feelings and reputation. He isn't worth a moment of yout time. To build up your self esteem, you need to be out there having a good time with friends. You know you didn't have sex with him, and that's the most important thing. So you can look in a mirror andbe proud that you didn't lose it to a complete idiot. Have fun with your friends, and you'll start to forget about him.
