Yes definately take the chance because you will suffer more if you dont. imagine you never tell her? then you dont go any where. imagine you never tell her and she meets someone and now you have to suffer seeing them together thinking to your self "Why i didnt ask her out"?
Also, girls love it when a guy shares their feelings with them. It might happen that she doesnt feel the same way, but dont give up anyway, dont feel humiliated and keep trying, steal a kiss, send flowers, call her, eventually you'll win her over. It happened to me many times that i didnt like a guy at first and later i did, because of his surprising devotion. it also happened to many of my friends, and if you ask around, to most women. :)
