We had sex, twice, both times without a condom and before he pulled out each time he came a little inside me. I am on the pill, and about 6 hours after we had sex for the second time i got my periods. How do i get over feeling so dirty and ashamed over not using a condom? Can i still get pregnant even though i just got my periods? I asked him if he had any diseases and he said no and that he wasn't that low and wouldn't do that to someone, but how can i believe him. I'm scheduling a health check soon but i CANNOT get my mind to turn off and stop worrying about my STUPID decision of getting too drunk and having sex with a relative stranger! I'm usually very level headed and mature but to make such a stupid decision is killing me!!!! HELP!!! Any advice?

To get over something, you must learn from it. Learn a lesson from this. Do not get so drunk that you put your health in jeopardy and always have condoms in your bag ready. The only way to get over something is to learn from it. so learn from this and forgive yourself.

Hi there,
to be honest there is not much advice anyone can give you. Hopefully you have learnt from this experience and will be more careful in future. However you are doing the right thing by getting a health check done to make sure you haven't caught anything, because lets face it he is unlikely to have told you if he did have anything!
in the meantime, try your best to focus on other things, you cant change what happened but u can get checked out at your Dr and learn from it. try not to beat yourself up though - we all make mistakes and chances are ul be fine :)
best of luck xx

The odds of you getting pregnant are possible, but very low. If you been on the pill for an extended period of time and have been taking it EVERY day then you are most likely not going to be pregnant. But the chances of you getting an STD are greater. He may not think he has anything, but he could without knowing. Anything is possible. Get tested immediately and get re-tested in a couple of months.
All in all it sounds like you already know what you did was wrong. There's a good chance nothing bad will come from this but whatever happens, learn from it.
