It will take a while for you to start getting your period again after being on depo. Anything from 6 months onwards. Some people go for one depo injection and struggle for years to fall pregnant. Others fall pregnant while on the injection. So it's really person dependent. Go see your doctor or local surgery nurse if you have any concerns.

k_c100 agony auntIt might be a little soon for it to show up, I'm not 100% on how long you need to wait before you take the test. I think the best thing you can do is go to see your doctor and they will be able to help you more.

I just dont want you to take a test now, it come out negative because it is too soon so you think you are all clear and then a few weeks later you find out that you are actutally pregnant! See your doctor, thats the best thing you can do. You should have had a period by now anyway, regardless of pregnancy so you do need to talk to your doctor about that too.

I hope this helps!

k_c100 agony auntYes there is a chance you could be pregnant - the morning after pill is less effective each day you fail to take it - if you take it within 12 hours you are pretty much guaranteed not to get pregnant however you waited 48 hours before you took it so that reduces its effectiveness.

You should take a pregnancy test and take it from there. Make sure you get an STI test too seen as you had unprotected sex, there is a chance you could of caught something from whoever you slept with.

I hope this helps!
