I think you need to get your disease treated before you have sex with anyone. Suppose that you didn't have it, and a girl were pondering whether to have sex with you because she "might" give you a disease. What would you think?

I agree you should have a workup and wear condoms.
let's assume that you are 100% sure to pass it on...
so now what?
did you tell (or were you told) before the act so the other partner could make the decision?
For many years from 1974-the early 90s I had multiple partners and unprotected (no condoms) sex... I was on BCP it was a different time.
I had HPV. I've had two procedures due to cells consistent with HPV... thankfully I test negative now... but from my understanding about 80% of all women in my age bracket have had or have or will have HPV at some time in their lives....
why even play russian roulette with what they know about now.
we didn't know from HPV 30 years ago... or HIV... STDS were easily cleared up then they didn't kill or maim you.
there is no excuse for not being tested and not wearing condoms in this day and age.

What Auntie person12345 said.
I will second the - GET the Gardasil vaccine. HPV doesn't show up in STD tests unless you have an outbreak you can be there carrier and transmitter of it - which can lead to cancer in women.
But really WHY would you have unprotected sex If you have an STD or you know your partner has one? Kinda irresponsible and honestly.. rather stupid.

No, nothing is ever 100% and all STDs are different. If you have an STD you need to see a doctor to get it cleared up and you should ALWAYS use protection. Certain STDs can be passed on even with proper condom use, such as herpes and HPV (you should look into the Gardasil vaccine). If you have HIV there are laws in many countries requiring you to disclose that to all sex partners prior to sexual contact.
