Never had this problem myself, but I had a neighbor who had a squeaky bed. Get another bed., or eventually a neighbor will scream something like "Do it quickly, Johnny! I have a test tomorrow!"

Find out what parts are squeaking and spray some WD-40 on them. Problem solved! :-)

Getting a Divan was the best thing I ever did, I used to have a sqeaky metal bed too! (Plus the storage draws help too!)
In the meantime, either put the mattress on the floor, or if you have no room just move the duvet to the floor when you want to get hot :)
