 I agree with the previous post it does sound like that may be the case. But you mention that he is the only guy you have been with but is there anyone else he has been sexual with. If there has been it might be worth it to just get yourselves both tested for STI's. It is always better to be safe than sorry in these cases. I am sure you have nothing to worry about and I don't want to have you worried, but keep yourself safe and healthy and just have a check up to be on the safe side.

 It sounds like you may be taking it too deep and your throat is irritated. It doesn't sound like an infection or anything other then physical stress.
It says that he doesn't cum but yet it says you swallow. I am assuming that the case is that he doesn't wear protection (I wouldn't expect him to) and that you swallow when he cums.
Either way I think that you should try just using your mouth on the head and use your hands for the rest and see how you feel then.
