 It's also known as a "wet dream". I had that issue when I was your age as well. I was mad because the word "dream" signifies sleeping. Not while I'm walking around in the day.
What I did, which I was in Military School, so I had no parents to ask, was take a few squares of toilet paper, fold them, but them in your underwear, that way if it happens the tp catches it, find a bathroom, discard, and replace.
