 I think that if you are sure you like him then you might as well ask him out, you have got nothing to lose, and yeah the worst he can say is no, but at least then you no were u stand, but on the other hand he could say yes and therfor you will be very happy, hes obviously a close friend so even if he does say no he will understand and not fall out with you about it so, go ahead and aks him out oh and
