is it just me?

i live with quite a few adults and sometimes i just feel ignored!

i know im walking in deep water here seeing as most of the agony aunts are adults so i dont mean any offense to any adults when i say this.

i dont know, can anyone explain to me why my lodgers feel that they have to head towards an adult and a bottle of wine instead of innocent little me with my jazzy piano playing that wakes everyone up in the morning :P

(i know i shouldn't but eh its just tooo funky monkey)

so hey what do ya think?

should us kids stick with chatting to other kids

or do you think that adults and kids should mix more?

(im doin this for kicks im genuinly confused about why my lodgers keep on pushing me aside)

cheers :)

Jez

A female reader, rebecca.megan United Kingdom +, writes (20 May 2008):

rebecca.megan agony aunthey,

ima'bit younger than you are "14".

but still, i know exactly how you feel.

i'm pretty mature for my age, and very independant.

it can get frustrating when you get separated from "kids" to "adults" so i totally agree with you.

whenever our families have a get together, they expect children to be in one room ,and adults in another, andi find it out of order as i'm a bit of an inbertweener.

my step-dad is more of the old fashioned type of guy, and believes kids do't get a sa, &i always object which constantl causes arguments, as were all human beings with our own human rights, no matter what age were at.

In answer to your question, i don't think there should be any particular rule into who you chose to be with, but everyone choses for themselves, whether its playin' with the kids or chattin' to the adults, or even abit of both, i don't think we should be told who we can and can't be with at certain times.

hope this helps in some way (:
