 I agree with businessasusual's advice. You should use these extra strategies. Also introduce toys if she is open to that. Also, make sure your are great at everything else outside the bedroom, which is where you can excel and beat the other boyfriends she has had.
Personally, I compromise not-so-good sex for an otherwise great bf.

I believe there is. You can try using your fingers (index and middle) or your tongue. Sometimes I might use my tongue on my girlfriend while massaging her nipples (she goes crazy for that).
