A man's penis is small because that's how it is :-).
I don't think it's possible to blame the wife for being unable to sustain an erection. I do believe that many other factors can explain that, among them, for example, no desire to have sex with the wife in question.
I don't think that the fact that a man is unable to sustain an erection with his wife, hot or not, would be proof of his being unable to sustain erections with any other woman. One thing does not follow the other.

An average is 6 inches. I think if a man loses an erection it is his fault. Whether it is medical or in his head it is still him and he needs to deal with that whether it is going to a doctor or addressing the issues that make him not comfortable sexually with you.
