writes:ok so here is the story.4 days ago me and my g/f made love and i had a brand new comdoms on and it had no leak and it didn't break either but she's now worried that she's pregnant becuase i came inside her with the condom on and had no leakage and early morning on the 26th she called me tell that she wont be at school because she feel sick and she started puking(note:it happened once before to her when we were just friends) after i got of the phone with her the night of the 25th and she said that she have a little fever. then the night of the 26th she told me that she was like at the bathroom all day always peeing and her throught was so dry and she keeps on drkinking liquid(note: her throught was always dry since after she got a surgery when she was 12 years old).yesterday i asked her how she was feeling and she said that she still feel sick and still puking somethimes but not that much. and i ask her again today how she was feeling and told me the same exact thing. then she keeps on saying that she is very tired and alwas goes to bed early.(note:she's always tired even before we started dating). well it's been 4 days now since she started puking and even thought we both think that she is not pregnant the "what if" question still strikes both of our minds and all she said is that just wait and see if she'll get her period(note:her period is kinda irregular sometimes it's so early like during the 1st week her regular is during the 2nd week and sometimes its during the 3rd week and sometimes its on the 4th week). and soemtimes shes craving and sometimes she doesnt want to eat at all(note:she used to crave food before). could she be pregnant or is it just a sickness or a virus that entered her body that's making her puke most of the time and making her tired all the time too. her mom said that its a sign of depression too. so im confused about it. is she or isnt she?

 Hmmm, Im not sure what a Stop and Shop is... If it carries pharmaceutical goods, like cold medicines, toiletries and condoms, then there is a very good chance they carry some. If it just like a gas station store, then probably not.
Make sure you check the exp. date as well.

You can get spermicide at any drug store. I live in Vegas and we have a wal-greens on every corner, but Rite Aid and CVS will have it as well. Even most grocery stores will carry some in their pharmacy isle. Just read the boxes, look through all of them. Make sure you understand the instructions and that she does too. I think some lubes can carry spermicide as well.

 If your girlfriend was pregnant, at this early stage she would still have no idea. These symptoms of pregnancy don't start this early. I think she is noticing her tiredness and her dry throat more than usual as she is worried she is pregnant so she is paying more attention. She sounds quite ill and should see a doctor about the vomiting, though it is most likely a stomach bug its better to be safe.
I'm glad the two of you are being cautious with protection, especially at your age.
I hope she gets better :)

 sounds like she is sick. with pregnancy you get morning sickness not all day sickness and certainly not fever. she needs to see a doctor because it sounds like she is very sick. i wouldn't worry about her being pregnant if you guys used a condomand it didnt break.

reader, anonymous, writes (1 March 2009): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionwell one thing is that i dont know where to get those spermicidal foam or even a condom-friendly gel. and she take pills but she stopped beacuse she gets sick whenever she takes it and needs to get a new one but thanks now i know i dont really have to worry about anything. i just want to know where to get the spermicidal foam or the condom-freindly gel.

If she was only a week pregnant, she would have no clue. Most women don't even realize they're pregnant for two or three weeks until they miss a period.
It sounds to me like she has the flu. If you used a condom and it didn't break, I wouldn't worry. Wait a week and have her take an at-home test. Also, have her look into getting on the pill, or use a spermicidal foam or gel that is condom-friendly.
