Well they broke up 3 times after only 3 weeks. Anyway there is this girl and she is my mate's (not like proper mate - just someone I say hi to) sister. She is 15 and a bit taller than me. Thing is I'm not that confident or good at communication and I don't know anything about her, but I really want to ask her out. Can you help?

this one's difficult but first of all, you need to make sure she's available. get to know her a bit first. say hi, make conversation then once you've established that, think of something you could do together as mates and ask her, and maybe a couple of other mates, if she'd like to. see how this goes then if you both have fun, ask her out on her own, maybe to do the same thing again so you you start on common ground. see how it goes from there. hope that helps.
