You tell him you think about him. Even of it's a total lie. There's nothing wrong with fantasy. But your boyfriend would be hurt if you said you were thinking of someone else.

If your fantasy list is not spicy enough, shift the conversation to a "story time"... play out verbal story telling, which could easily include stuff that you've never fantasized about - like group sex or lesbian adventures... see what makes him rock hard and play with the story telling!

Well generally things you think about are fine and good to talk about, but don't talk about PEOPLE you fantasize about unless those people are your boyfriend. Even if he asks you who and you think about other people, lie. Normally I don't advise lying, but just trust me on this. It hurts being told your significant other thinks about other people. You really don't want to know and neither does he.
