Hi..

I had a moment with one of my best guy friends a week ago, you the ones were you nearly kiss but then get interupted just before it happens.

Anyway that night him and the rest of our friends were supposed to come back to a party with us so I text "A" to see if they were coming back.

While we were textin he told me he always had a soft spot for me and that he always will and I told him I felt the same.

Should we act on this night or was it just that moment to make something with him and its gone now..?

Any advice..

I agree with Old Guy. If there really is chemistry, you'll know about it again.

Here's an answer you don't want. Maybe.

If he's a good friend, then you'll have lots more times together. If the chemistry happens again, then go for it. If it was a one-time, freak thing, then the chemistry won't be there, and no problem, you stay friends.
