Should I try and move on by dating other guys?

Im in love with a guy but he ended it with me a few days ago

he says he still loves me but then just today he told me he doesnt like me more then a friend because i pissed him off to much

but it wasnt me pissing him off because id come home from his each weekend all teary n depressed and with a massive headche

i have had a headache from him for awhile now [since vanlentines day] and yea. he says he loves me i love him now he said he dont like me more then a friend and im still in love with him..

should i try and move on by dating other guys or should i walk upto him and tell him im still in love with him [even if it wont change anything]?

Please help i need it badley
