I'm a male and prefer guys. I got a new manager three months ago. He's a great and polite guy with lovely face. I've got feeling at him but he doesn't know. Although I believe that he only likes girls but I can't stop. One night, I just missed him so much and my tears fell down. What I can do? Should I tell him how I feel on him or treat him as a friend?

Crying over some dude that you have never been intimate with is not an indicator of healthy self-respect.

Get to know him better on a personal level (without a sex agenda) and you will soon find out if there's any potential for further development.

He he likes women, realistically you need to let him go. You'd be setting yourself up for so much hurt if you said anything, knowing that he wouldn't be interested. I think you need to treat him as a friend, and nothing more.
