i wouldnt say anything about that email either. First of all he will think you dont trust him to be going through his mail in the first place and thats invation of privacy. If you dont trust him and you keep quiet at least you will always be one step ahead of him by knowing his email address and being able to read up what he is up to. But i personally dont think you have anything to worry about. Dont let such an old email worry you. He has obviously made his choice and is with you. :).

 Sheesh! You gotta drag something up from last year on this guy? Obviously if you two are still together he wasn't really serious about those other galz and didn't let them distract him from his #1 interest ... you.
I wouldn't advise you to actually forget this. You know your guy is prone to look around behind your back, so keep that in mind in the future. If you find him pulling stuff like this again, let him have it with both barrels. But don't bring this particular incident up to him now, nine months after the fact.
