Hey. I met this gilr and we became really good freinds,as time progressed we got even closer but she was always unwilling to commit. I always liked her more than she liked me. Anyway just as things were starting to go good and she started to really like me I hurt her by lieing(I really broke her trust bad and she had serious trust issues). We have only just started speaking again after a month and she says she just wants to be freinds.

In the phone conversation we discussed things and did argue a bit but we did get on pretty well and I can sense that in time things could get back to normal, we do have a really good connection, we were like best freinds. Shes says that after she laughs at my jokes she always feels bad because of what I have done to her. Do you think in time this will go?? I dont want to keep reminding her of the past. I want to be her freind but part of me thinks i will just get hurt.. I dont know what to do.

Continue to be friends, if you get closer, then great, if you drift apart, then dont fight it. Even if you do get together, things may not last long, or may not be happy, so if you do drift apart, then let it happen.
