He is not interested in you. Why does he text you? Because he is probably sending the same text to 50 girls in his phone book to see which one is desperate enough to come out and give him some sex.
You knew him for a few weeks and you jumped into bed with him right away, you had sex twice and he hasn't spoken to you or made any effort to have anything with you in four months.
Why are you wasting your time thinking every day about him and why is HE driving you crazy. You are driving yourself crazy wanting something and someone that you cannot have and mistakenly thinking that he is some sort of prize.
If I could have the minutes and seconds I have wasted on men like this during my young life I would pay rubies and gold for them.
Move on.
