Should I see a doctor?

hey im asking u guys for an answer cause i want to know if what i expeirenced the other night is what everbody is telling me i did. the other night i was at home now b4 i say anything else let me just say i have a very stressful life im a single mother of twin boys and they are speeched delayed, they are getting therapy for it at school but at times is fustrating cause im going threw it by myself, now the other night i had to go to the bathroom bad and i ended up having diarria(sorry about being so upfront but thats how everything started)when i was on the toilet i started to get very nervous and my heart started to pound very,very fast and my hands started to tremble and shake and i was feeling hot so when i finished i just thought i had food poison so as i went to my bed to lay down i couldnt sleep and my stomach was churning and i felted nauseues like i wanted to vomit but didnt so i kept getting up and going to the bathroom for no reason,so as i came back to bed to lay down my heart started to race again very fast and i was getting hot and i felted like i was about to faint and i felt ill so i couldnt sleep and i was up to like about 3am when i had to get up at 6am to get my kids and myself ready for school/work oh and i left out also that i felt short of breath, what was that?

It sounds like symptoms on a panic attack. I had one once and it was the scarriest experience ever, especially when you dont know that is what you are dealing with. It sounds like the stressfull life might be a cause, but I think its very important you go see a doctor just to make sure that it is nothing else more serious. They can do blood work to make sure everything is ok. Next time if you get this feeling try to preoccupy your mind with something else and see if that helps. Good luck.

A tool for getting some ideas as to what it could be. I'd probably want to see a doctor, just to make sure it wasn't something developing that could be easily treated now.

I would suggest 1. Yes, a doctor. 2. A medical advice forum, not a love/relationship forum. Otherwise, could have been a panic or anxiety attack, or something more serious.
