I am planning to propose to my girlfriend:-) I have permission from her dad and I am commissioning the ring, which I know she'll love. However, today we are going out to a special park which will provide the perfect situation in which to propose! Question is, do I wait until the ring is done or do I take the opportunity now and tell her that her perfect ring is currently being made?Quick answers would be appreciated as I have a 2 hour window from now. Thanks! So it when you have the ring. Women are never impressed when someone says something, but doesn't have the object to back it up. It's like saying Happy Birthday, but sorry your present is in the post. Always have the object ready. In this case, have the ring ready. You can always take her back there, or take her somewhere else. But have the ring ready to put on her finger. She'll want that. And good luck for when you do get around to it.

Sounds like you've gone to a lot of trouble to make this the perfect proposal... perhaps you should wait until you have the ring as well, don't jump the gun! I can tell how excited you are and I know how you must be so looking forward to asking her, but make sure you won't regret waiting until you have evrything (the ring) in place and perfect... however if you just cant wait I don't see any harm! Congratulations, and good luck :)

Get her a zicornia but promise her you will get her a real one later. This is a magical moment some kind of ring is needed. Good luck!
