No. Being horny all the time is a symptom of our modern sex-saturated culture. Everywhere, every day we are inundated with overt and covert sexual images and suggestions. But it's all an illusion. Learn to screen out the titillation factor and avoid such media like the plague. Value yourself as a whole person, worthy of the utmost love and respect, not just a sex object.
Alternatively, you may have persistent sexual arousal syndrome which is usually due to a spinal cord disease. Do you have any other spinal cord problems? Check with a neurologist. Good luck!

Though it's tempting, it's also very unsafe to just hook with a guy you really don't know anything about. I would really suggest before you sleep with a guy you get to know him in person first, to make sure you really do like him and feel comfortable with him.
