I think I have the same problem you have I started this new job and me and my co-worker seem to flirt with each other alot we stare at each other or we get really close to each other where sometimes her breast will touch my arm or back,im as confussed as you are hope we find the right answers because Im married and so is she but I have alot of fanisties being with her. I have been waiting to see if she will say something first she is older than me so I would waite and see what your co-worker does only thing is t hat I have been waiting almost a year....

 Well, I see two issues here.
One is whether you are bisexual. Maybe. You need to know, in order to be yourself.
The second issue is whether you should approach Crystal. In my opinion, you should never date a person you work with. It's not convenient. If something goes wrong, your workplace becomes the battlefield.
