 Don't jump to conclusions here, firstly is he still logging into his account? some of these dating websites take 3 months before you can end your subscription.
Also did you meet him on a dating site? maybe he is checking to see if your still logging onto your account?

I would not end it yet, if you love him. I would talk to him about this and ask him remove it and give him your reasons why. As a guy it is a good chance he just has not updated his profile. It took me about 1 month before I changed my status on facebook from single to in a relationship.

 Just mention that his profiles are still up and that he doesn't need them anymore. If he does then no problem but if he doesn't then he is keeping his options open in case he can find someone better.

 well hun if you find this disrespectful talk to him about it tell him that you think it's very unfair he's still got these profiles up.
you never know he may have actually forgotten he's got them there.
sit with him and tell him that it feels like you're being disrespected that he still has them up.
