We established quite a few weeks ago that he does not feel the same way, and I've been waiting to get over it and it doesn't seem to be happening. We spend pretty much everyday together, so I thought some time apart would be what I needed, but after a month of not seeing him I still can't get him out of my head. What can I do? Should I continue to cut him out of my life, even though I really value him as a friend and love spending time with him? Reply to this Question Share |

Rejection sucks but that's part of life. All you can do is move on with your life. Of course, you will be thinking about him but you can't force it on him to feel the way you feel but towards you.
If it is better for you to not keep in contact with him in order for you to move on, then that's what you have to do. Try dating, a new hobby, going to the gym...keep yourself busy. He may come around once he gets the clue you've moved on.
Good luck!!!
