A male age 26-29, anonymous writes:

I am have been in a relationship with my girlfriend for two months, and things have been going a little off and on,

One second she will act like I'm the best guy ever, the next she hates me. On top of that I catch her in lies all the time. She seems so excited to go spend time with out me, and the only way she will ever say "I love you" is if I say it first.

Should I be worried?

A reader, anonymous, writes (30 November 2012):

It depends really :

Is she a girly girl or a tom boy type?

Has she ever been one to express her feelings freely or is it just lately?

Is she an outgoing girl or rather shy?

It might not be anything to worry about, it might just be part of her personality and who she is why she finds it hard to say she loves you.

As for being happy to spend time away from you, that's good. As long as its not a preference to hang out with other/another guy(s) instead of you (her boyfriend). Relationships aren't healthy when one or both people involved have to be under each others feet 24/7.
