 Fair enuf if you are a shy person the you may not wanna ask her but surely if she does like you and you do end up going out what are you going to be like when you come to kiss her.
my advice to you is just ask her. im sure she probalbly does like you to but maby just say to her something that enquires into who she likes. say somthing like. "Have you got you eyes on anyone at the moment" or "is there anyone you particully like at the mo." then im sure yo will be able to judge from her reaction. Even if she says no i would recommend that you tell her how you feel.
I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED.

 Well, if she's spending a lot of her time communicating through electronic means, I'd say that at the least there's a friendship there. If you take it to the next level, I'd say (at least) spend more time face to face and communicate. Sometimes you gotta put the SMS down and go live, in person.
