 Has he given any sign that he likes you? For instance, does he message you a lot or call you or do you catch him running into you all the time? Does he compliment you a lot or...you know? Signs!
If you feel that he likes you, then you may want to wait a little before you ask him out? Let him come to you - unless he is really shy and then you may wanna see how you can get to spend time with him in person?
