Should I act like I don't care and keep holding my head high even though he seems not to care?  Just keep doing what your doing, its better than letting him see your down and upset without him. If they have only been together for 3 weeks and are arguing all the time, I would say that its not the first time they have been together, so your probably better off without him anyway, if hes going to keep going back to his ex.
Do you live in a small village where its not possible to use other shops?
