 That's a very broad topic. I would have to say that alot of girls do like a well groomed man but its not something that you have to do. It all depends on whether you like it or not.
I have been manscaping as it is called for years now even when I had no relationships because its my personal preference. Do it if you want and remember to use a good sharp razor so there is minimal irritation.
