By the way, you are 13, how old is this guy. And will your mom let you date? How would you go out without a car? Parents drive you somewhere?
I wasn't allowed to date at 13 or to have a real boyfriend, boys that were friends, yes....so 13 seems too young to me....to be asking boys out.

if you ask him out maybe it will make it looks easy for him. If he ask you out then ask if you can bring your friends along. This is like to see his reaction which could be the real him. It can also serve as a way of evaluation by your close friends.
Sure u can go out with him but only as friend. Try not getting into relationship with him first. Try get to know more about him prior to relationship.
