I agree with the other posters. What I wanted to add is, it's not about you and how you feel she looks. It's about her and feeling good about yourself. I'd even offer to exercise with her. That way she doesn't feel as if she's alone in this process. Keep reassuring her that all though you love the way she looks, that you support her in her decisions and will be there to help her succeed at what she wants to accomplish for herself.

She should do more exercises to increase her metabolic rate , eat less fast food but more nutritious home cooked meals or more vege's.

Monitoring what she eats. And drinks for that matter too. I've been sustaining a healthy weight of 120 just by eating the newly recomended small sized meals a day. So you eat about 7 times a day just in smaller porportions. You need to drink lotsss of water too. Cut down on all soda and high sugary drinks. And when you buy juices be careful so that buy the 100% Juice ones. But all you really have to do is cut down on junk. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. And water is the main keyword here. Lots and lots of it. It flushes your system clean and gets rid of alot of bad stuff. Good luck. And keep doing what youre doing telling her that you like her body. It's one of the best things you can do. but don't over do it either or she might think youre lieing to her.
