This really depends on how you've healed. Any fracture leaves that area a bit more vulnerable to future incidences if not careful. I'd check with your doctor and have him x-ray to judge how well you've healed.

Im not a doctor and this is a hard question to answer if you dont no the severity of the injurys you sustained due to your accident, Your doctor should be able to enlighten you on your case history, This should not affect your sexual life and in some cases there could be a possibility that you could give birth by c section.
