 If she is watching her figure, she might not like the calories! Or, she might not like the taste... It sounds like otherwise like you have no complaints 'in the sack' and that she is adventurous in bed, so you should consider yourself lucky.
Perhaps you can compromise and make it a special request for your birthday instead of dwelling on the issue?

 I love sperm and swallow (whether directly or indirectly) 99% of the time I have sex, but I can tell you that I'm an aberration. It is not a normal practice and certainly not something that a man should expect, let alone demand.
She has a right to not swallow if she doesn't want to, you know. It's not for everyone and if, as you say, she let's you ejaculate in her mouth despite this, it's ALREADY something she's doing only because of the feelings she has for you. In short, I think you're being rather unreasonable.
That said, it may be worthwhile to explore why she is not swallowing. If it's the taste, you can try moving to a diet comprised of veggies and non-citric fruit.
Be thankful for what you have, you know.

 yep.. was gonna say the same thing... try to stay away from acidic foods like lemons and oranges.. your the taste of your semen can be improved by diet.And you did say she will let you come in her mouth sometimes, even if she doesn't like to swallow. If taste is the issue, go online and read about different foods you can eat to change the flavor. Just as every female has a flavor and odor of her own, guys do, too. We can (somewhat)alter our odor and taste by the things we eat and drink, by the frequency of hygiene and the products we use.
Ask her and tell us what "her" reason is--I'm very curious now.
