We had broken up once before, but decided to give it another try(which lasted a year) when she finally broke it off, she came in from work, kissed me and told me she still loved me and was in love with me, but wasn't happy at all (I asked her how long she wasn't happy...she said, "at least for the last three days). I decided to go no contact, but saw her walking with her new gf past my house (we lived next to eachother) Through facebook and putting two and two together, I found out she was dating her only a few days after breaking up with me (claiming how happy she was on facebook/pics of them together). I know there isn't much I can do, but why would she tell me all those things and kiss me at the end, to only move on a few days later? When walking past my house, she couldn't even look in my direction. I am devastated and angry...do I have a right to be mad and hurt?

Sure as she was very likely cheating. That's usually the case when someone hooks up so quickly after a break up. Really, you'll be mad, hurt, sad, in disbelief, and finally you'll accept it and move on. That was a horrible thing she did to you. I think she was trying to show her sincerity, but instead she just hurt and confused you.
Best of luck moving on.
