writes:Hi Im new at this so bare with me.My girlfreind slept over at mine last night just the two of us (my parents have gone away for the week). As the night went on things got a little more steamy. We was both being turned on. But due to her being on her periods we could not have any sexual intercourse. Except when we was turned on she took advantage of me not being able to do anything. She tormented me and played with my mind a while before going to sleep. But by that time i wanted more.This morning i woke up with pains in my left testicle. These are sharp pains and I wondered if this could have anything to do with what happened.She tormented me then let me down and now i have pains. What can i do?

 Can you say blow job?......The next time your g/f plays around with you like that, and can't perform the act of sex because of her period (or whatever) she could at least blow you rather than leaving you in a bad way. That would be my advise.

What you had people commonly call "Blue Balls." As Daniel explained below, it's pain from becoming very turned on, but not ejaculating. It's all very, very normal, so please don't worry. It's just one of those things that guys have to deal with sometimes!

The pain might come from the fact that you didn't ejaculate. Sometimes it does produce some pain.
The other part was a sex game and that might be fun. But, next time, tell her you had a pain in your testicle. She won't play that game again.
