No she is not pregnant. You do not need to be with someone like that. She wants a baby to have something of her own, to love her back...regardless of her reason, she needs to experience life and you don't need her. No she can not get pregnant from swallowing sperm. Two totally different systems. The sperm would not be alive long enough.

She can't be pregnant from oral sex but be careful because even if you're not having sex you need to make sure none of your sperm comes into contact with her vagina. If you're being intimate it's always best to wear a condom to avoid any babies or worse still infections!

There is no possible way from her swallowing your sperm that she can become pregnant!
This is not a very nice thing she is trying to convince you of.
If she is pregnant now..then she has obviously had intercourse with someone else..or if you two were being very intimate(minus clothing) and your penis was possibly rubbing against the opening of her vagina then it is possible she could get pregnant that way from your precum.

There is only one way to get pregnant and that is through penetrative sex.
My advice to you is to stop having any kind of sexual relationdship with this girl you are 13 after all just enjoy being a child, I know that this is a tough time as you are going through all sorts of changes but it is not the time to be getting girls pregnant.
You also need to ask yourself why your girlfriend wants to get pregnant she is 13 afterall!! You should really find new friends to hang out with friends that want to be teenagers!!
I personally think that you are way too young to be having sex BUT!! if you want to have sex please make sure you use protection, contraceptives and condoms, you may feel like you want to have sex but Im sure you are not ready to be a Daddy just yet!! I also wouldnt have sex with a gil who has admitted she wants to have a baby.
Good Luck and just enjoy being 13 you have loads of time dont feel pressured into doing anything you are not ready for.
