I'm sorry hun but I can't tell you what you want to hear.
The fact she couldn't stay loyal for 48 hours while you were away makes her look really bad.
The chances of ANY 15 year old girl staying loyal for 2 years are pretty much zero. The chances of you staying loyal to HER are pretty much zero.
I think you have to stop worrying, enjoy the time you DO have together and then just call it a day.

Unfortunately you may find you fall for some-one else in your own absence of her. Time will tell... this also gives you time to reflect and figure out whether she's worth it or if someone else comes along you won't be afraid to try out new things.
