I find the words 'You're sweet' to be indication she finds you a good friend, nothing more.
The words friend-zone spring to mind but I won't let them linger.
Just accept her friendship and set your sights in a different direction

Sounds like she's just being friendly - dont read anything into it. She's in a relationship anyway so nothing could happen even if you wanted it to.

"You're sweet" isn't always the best thing to hear from a woman. Suffice it to say that she's not available and she knows you like her so she's trying to be nice when she says she's not interested.
