She has just told me that she likes/fancys somebody else, even though she does not find him particuly attractive and claims she has never thought about doing anything with him. She maintains that she wants to be with me and she still fancys me the same way and loves me. Does this happen often? I am not sure what to do I feel that I am not the 'man' i was to her anymore if that makes sense. I used to be her world now it seems I'm not. I can't stop thinking of her with somebody else and it makes me sick. Can anyone help? Reply to this Question Share |

This girl may be your world, but someday another girl will be your world. You will go through a bunch until you find the right one.
I will say, NEVER let a girl be your whole world. You have to be an individual, even within a relationship. Those are the kinds of guys real women want to be with. You have to hold your own.
Now... to answer your question. Sounds like she has lost that "spark" for you. It doesn't mean she still doesn't love you or care about you. However you should cut your ties as quickly as possible. And NO CONTACT for at least two months. After that you could try being friends with her, but that's all I would pursue. No one is right or wrong in your situation. That's the bitch about love man. It's not love unless saying goodbye is hard.
Best of luck!

She is immature and trying to rile you up. Don't let her get to you.

Here's a good poem that makes sense to your issue:
Don't leave someone you like for someone you love...
because the one you like will leave you for someone they love...
Love doesn't have any happy endings, because love never ends.
It does. We all see someone who we find attractive, it doesn't mean we end something good for that. Love conquers, if it's true love, you'll make it through.
