Right after that point she says that it hurts and has a "friction feeling" and we are forced to stop with or without me cumming. We try to start again after a few minutes but she is always too sore, and it hurts to much to put it in. Why does this happen and is there anything to fix this?

Candy Cakes said it best.
Another thing that you might want to try is staying in her after and as she is climaxing. Just don't move until she says she is ready. This might allow the vaginal walls to stay familiar with your penis shape. I don't know, it just works for me, worth a shot.

What happens when a girl climaxes is, simply, that the tissue engorges with blood slightly and becomes a bit tighter due to spasming within the vagina. At that point, your penis starts to scrape because it's too tight for her.
I am in a relationship with a boy whom I cannot have sex with without lube. I am far too small and he is far too large. We have chafing constantly without lube.
So, my suggestion, just use a teensy weensy bit of lubricant on your penis before sex, so when she does climax your penis still glides smoothly and then you don't have to stop!
