I need some help. She is my best friend in the entire world, and we are both always there for each other. But (and I know this should be a deal breaker) she already has someone, and boyfriend she has and she loves him, and I'm guessing more than me, and she only really said that she would be my girlfriend if ever she was single, which means, she likes me, but she already has someone else, my heart is so torn by this, what should I do? please help me, please...

YES.
I think that CaringGuy can be right and she is someone who would play with you. And you are her second best. Which nobody deserves to be.
Or, maybe she told you that without thinking too much and trying to make you feel good. Maybe she tried not to hurt your feelings.
Anyway, I think you have to move on, whatever it takes. If you can move on and stay friends with her, that's ok. but if you have a hard time letting her go you should cut all contact with her. Failing to do so will bring too much paint to you.

You stand back. This kind of behaviour is usually a sign of someone out to play you. I wouldn't trust anyone who said to me "I'd go out with you if I was single". It means you're second best, or just a spare in case things go wrong. You're worth more than that, so move on from her to a girl who will appreciate you over any other guy, and who won't play you.
