He is not for it nor against it, the same as me. Lately he has been saying (whenever we see a baby for ex) that its ok for me to brood over them. The only person who would be able to answer that is him. What he said could go either way. He could be thinking about having kids with you, or he could be telling you to brood over them because he's against having more. What he has said is too ambiguous to be able to give an answer to you.
I would definitely recommend talking to him about it again though, to see what he says.
