Sounds like she still likes him as a friend and probably nothing more? She might be a caring type of girl. Which could possibly of attracted you to her in the first instance? He might well see more in her, which would be pretty annoying to you, she needs to be making it very clear to him she is only his friend and nothing more.
If it really really doesn't sit comfortable with you, then you need to talk about this together and come to an agreement. If you cant then you need to decide if you can live with this or call it a day.
