It is real, long distance relationships can work, but it is not easy, specially if you take into consideration immigration regulations. If you are certain this is it for you, and you are thinking of planning a future with her, perhaps it would be a good idea to visit the Canadian immigration site and see what you need to start doing, studies, work, etc. It may take a long time before you get together, but if you both are sure, it is worth the wait. Remember 'good things come to those who wait' :)

You probably don't want to hear this my advice would be to be careful I have had an experiance where I fell head over heals with someone. It is easy to be confused at a time like this. I'm guessing you met online. You are never to young to love but don't get too carried away with emotion, which is easier said then done, if it were me I'd wait. It is ok to talk to her but be careful. Lond distance relationships do work and in my experiance you have to wait a while
