So I texted back and said "ok next week Friday. bye." I was waiting for her reply but she didn't reply. Friday has come and gone and no message from her (in fact it's been 2 weeks). Do you think she was waiting for me to text again and tell her the meeting place etc? I cancelled on her a few weeks back but then that's why I called her out again but do you think she's still mad at me about it? What should I do next?

I agree, better left alone this one.
If a girl is interested you she will get in touch.
I give you huge credit for not calling her very often though, that takes alot of resistance.
Nice one
